“My room was good, I cannot complain about anything. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was so helpful and friendly.”

“will not stay here again, staff was not helpful in answering a lot of questions, no compensation, rooms were not as expected. List goes on. Big parties get priority over other regular folk. They also charge you for checking in. Only hotel to do this and charge a resort fee.”

“Small room, small bed, AC not working, room’s decoration is outdated, noisy and construction or repairing other sections of the room early in the morning which woke me up and most of the elevators are broken, and only one elevator working for the entire hotel and parking structure. This is the first and will be my last booking with this hotel. My next stay will be at Peppermill or Atlantis.”

“Old and outdated. Very worn. Good for a solo traveler for a night but wouldn’t recommend to large group. ”

“La camera era enorme, oltre al letto king c'era un divano, un tavolo con 4 sedie, una cassettiera con frigo, microonde e TV. La camera era un po' polverosa, con una (piccola) ragnatela sul lampadario, il bagno pulito. Parcheggio comodo, zona ben servita”

“Very nice facility, but as with so many "resorts" now, there are many add-on charges beyond what the room rate originally appears. We did have an excellent meal and service at the Osteria Sierra restaurant at the hotel. ”

“The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower head was broken and sprayed all over me when I turned it on. There were also no tissues in the room.”

“Non-smoking room smelled smokey. Other than that everything else was good. Room was clean for an older place. Convenience/ gas station out front.”

“Such a great stay. Just be careful when you check out bc they charged me for parking and I didn’t have a car. I called after I got home and realized it and they backed out the charge. Some front desk staff were great, some Mezza Mezza. Overall, great place!”
